Aamir Khan‘s daughter Ira Khan tied the knot with Nupur Shikhare in a registered wedding in Mumbai on January 3. Post which, their wedding festivities have begun in Udaipur with their friends and family in tow. Ira and Nupur’s pre wedding festivities began from Janaury 7 onwards. They had a mehendi, sangeet function followed by a pyjama party, football match.The duo tied the knot on January 10, with a Christian themed wedding as Ira made a pretty bride in white. The wedding functions are taking place at Taj Aravali Resort.
Now many videos from from their sangeet have gone viral on the internet. One video sees the bride’s father Aamir Khan letting loose and dancing away to songs like ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ and Guru Randhawa‘s ‘Kaun Nachdi’.

Meanwhile, Nupur also displayed his dancing skills on stage as he grooved to ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahan’ from ‘Dil Chahta Hai’. In another video, Nupur is seen serenading Ira with the beautiful song ‘Tum Ho Toh’ from the movie ‘Rock On’. People were surprised as Nupur can also sing.
As the couple exchanged vows in a catholic wedding and sealed their wedding with a kiss, Aamir was seen wiping his tears as he got quite emotional. Reportedly, post all the wedding festivities in Udaipur, a grand reception is set to be held in Mumbai on January 13 where many of Aamir’s friends from the industry are also expected.
