Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has been granted the esteemed UAE Golden Visa in the Bollywood Actress category, following in the footsteps of many renowned Indian film celebrities. The Golden Visa, initiated by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2019, offers long-term residence permits, allowing foreigners to reside, work, and study in the UAE independently, without requiring a national sponsor, and allowing full ownership of their business.

Kriti Sanon was presented with the Golden Visa by ECH Digital CEO Iqbal Marconi. Thankful for the recognition, the actor stated that receiving the UAE Golden Visa is truly an honor for her as Dubai holds a special significance for her and is excited to contribute to its rich cultural tapestry.

Before Kriti Sanon, numerous notable individuals such as Shah Rukh Khan and family, Sanjay Dutt, Sania Mirza, Boney Kapoor and his children, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh, Kamal Haasan, Mohanlal, Mammootty, Dulquer Salmaan, Mouni Roy, Urvashi Rautela, Suniel Shetty, Neha Kakkar, Farah Khan, Sonu Sood, Tovino Thomas, and Amala Paul received the UAE Golden Visa.
