Animal BEATS Brahmastra to become Ranbir Kapoor’s second biggest hit after Sanju | Hindi Movie News

Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Reddy Vanga have unleashed a monster at the box office, in the form of Animal. With each passing day, the film is setting new goals, Animal has recorded the third highest Monday collection in Hindi, missing the second spot owned by SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion which had minted about Rs 40.25 crore. Animal’s Monday collection stands at Rs 43.96 crore, of which Rs 40.03 came from Hindi shows.

Animal’s rage continued even on Tuesday, as per Sacnilk, early estimates suggest that the film has minted about Rs 38.25 crore, taking the grand total of the film to Rs 283.74.Animal has now become Ranbir Kapoor’s second biggest hit displacing Karan Johar’s Brahmastra- Part One: Shiva which has made Rs 257.44 crore. In fact after Tuesday’s collection Animal has beaten Shahid Kapoor’sKabir Singh as the highest grossing A rated film. Incidentally both the films were directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Kabir Singh had minted about Rs 278.24 crore at Indian Box office, while Animal has surpassed that number in just six days.
At the speed the film is going in no time, it will become Ranbir Kapoor’s highest grossing film, set to beat Sanju, which had made Rs 342 crore at the box office. Animal also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Triptii Dimri.
