Athiya Shetty and Indian cricketer KL Rahul clocked 1 year of marital bliss and they had the sweetest messages of love sent over on the ‘Gram.
One among the many congratulatory notes came from the actress’ younger brother, Ahan Shetty, who took to his handle to share an unseen picture from the couple’s wedding album. The photo saw the doting baby brother, partaking in the wedding rituals, which saw placing something in the bride’s hands while KL Rahul held up his own.
“How time flies! Happy 1 year anniversary,” Ahan captioned the photo.

Reacting to the post, with typical big sister sas, Athiya quipped, “Happy anniversary to you and Rahul,” and added an eye-roll emotion.
Besides Ahan, dad Suniel Shetty also marked the happy day with a special post for his daughter and son-in-saw. Sharing a cool and candid photo of the two, he wrote, “Happy first anniversary bachchas” accompanied by a black heart and a nazar amulet emoji.

Athiya responded with a loving comment, “Love you papaaa” along with a red-heart emoji.

Athiya and KL wed last year in an intimate house wedding, held at the actress’ family bungalow in Khandala. The couple, who had been dating for 3 years before getting hitched, hosted a private celebration for their friends and family. They could not host a grand Bollywood-style bash as Rahul was busy with his professional cricket commitments.
