Producer Bhushan Kumar shared that The Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise holds a special place in their hearts, and he is very happy to be taking it forward with a creative mind like Anees and an incredible talent like Kartik. He added that together, they are set to deliver a cinematic experience that will both honor the legacy of the franchise and bring double the laughter and thrill for the audience.
On the other hand, Anees too, said that he is thrilled to take forward the world of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. In the previous instalment, Rooh Baba became the most loved character, and it’s going to be a fun and exciting challenge to make it even better for the audiences to enjoy. He added that this film is his next immediate directorial, and the focus is on crafting a gripping narrative that will resonate with audiences while staying true to the essence of the series.
According to a report in Zoom, the makers have approached Vidya to be a part of the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ with Kartik as Tabu will no longer be a part of the movie. The report stated that although the actress has not signed the dotted lines, she is quite keen on taking up the role. There is reportedly a huge possibility that the actress will be on board for the Anees Bazmee directorial. However, there has been no official announcement or confirmation about the same as yet. Earlier, reports were rife that Sara Ali Khan will be starring alongside Kartik in the third instalment of the popular franchise.

On work front, Kartik Aaryan will next feature in Kabir Khan’s Chandu Champion.
