Siddharth Anand‘s directorial ‘Fighter‘ is releasing today and just as the early reviews of this Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone starrer look positive, fans reminisce this time last year. Anand created history with the Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Pathaan‘ which also starred Deepika. As ‘Pathaan’ completes a year today, it has slowly begun trending on social media. Fans are sharing videos of the movie and celebrating it all over again on its first anniversary.

Many fans shared the iconic scene from the movie post ‘Besharam Rang’ where Shah Rukh and John Abraham come face to face and John is seen in his white trunk.

Due to ‘Pathaan’, the expectations from ‘Fighter’ are high. However, because it’s a non holiday release, the advance bookings are not very high. The numbers are expected to increase by Thursday evening and night shows and of course, on Republic Day as there is positive word of mouth.
