Kangana Ranaut is actively participating in religious rituals in preparation for the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla at the newly constructed Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The actress shared glimpses of her involvement in a yagya and her contribution to temple cleanliness.
Dressed in a traditional golden silk saree with elaborate gold jewelry and sunglasses, Kangana was seen using a broom to sweep a small area of the temple, engaging in a form of community service. In another set of images, she was captured performing the yagya alongside saints and sages.
Expressing her joy and anticipation for the January 22 ceremony, Kangana conveyed her excitement for welcoming Lord Ram back to Ayodhya after an extended exile. In an Instagram post, she wrote in Hindi, “Everyone is happy to welcome Shri Ram in Ayodhya Dham. Tomorrow the king of Ayodhya is coming to his home after a long exile.”
Kangana Ranaut, who sees Ayodhya as a significant spiritual destination, earlier praised the sculptor of Ram Lalla’s idol, now placed in the temple’s sanctum sanctorum. The actress, who is known for her outspoken views, emphasized the importance of Ayodhya Dham, comparing it to the Vatican for Christians.
The actor was spotted at the airport en route to Ayodhya, expressing that the city holds immense importance not just for India but globally. Kangana, who recently appeared as an Air Force pilot in ‘Tejas,’ is awaiting the release of her next film, “Emergency,” where she portrays the late former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
