Rohit Shetty expanded his copy universe with his first OTT show Indian Police Force, which starred names like Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Vivek Anand Oberoi. However, there was this one new actor who took on the might of all the three big names, and came out victorious, and that was Mayyank Taandon who played the role of Zarar in the show.

And now none other than Ranveer Singh has praised his work in the show.Taking to his Instagram stories Ranveer called Mayyank ‘ Best Boy’ and wrote ‘ Smashing Debut ‘ with joy emoji. Sharing the story on his page Mayyank wrote , “ When your elder brother appreciates your work, nothing beats that feeling. I love you bhai,this is your faith out there.Thank you for fueling my fire, fanning my flames and believing in me.”

Not many are aware that Mayyank has been of Rohit Shetty films for many years as his assistant. He has assisted Rohit on films like Cirkus, Golmaal Again, Dilwale , Singham Returns and Chennai Express. Mayyank also began his journey into films as a child actor and did a film called Ehsaas with Suniel Shetty, directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.
