Sunny Deol had the most amazing year and in fact, 2023 can be called the year of the Deols. While Sunny had this huge blockbuster in the form of ‘Gadar 2’ which broke all records, Bobby Deol got immense love for ‘Animal’, despite the short length of the role. Meanwhile, Dharmendra stole the show with ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ which saw him alongside Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan.
Fans are now waiting to see the Deols together on screen, also because their bonding and love for each other as a family is hard to miss. Recently, during a chat with NDTV, Sunny spoke about the relationship he shares with his father Dharmendra. He said that his father was a fear factor for him. Even now, if his father were to come, he would just stand up and then keep his mouth shut. But that’s the beauty of it, said Sunny.
He further revealed that his family has always been strict. Sunny was not allowed to go out after 7,8pm when he was in school. The ‘Gadar 2’ star revealed that he didn’t give a mobile phone to his children till they finished school.
Sunny was also all praise for Bobby in this interview and he said that he’s quite happy for his brother. It’s high time he got success because people were not fair to him. Speaking about Bobby’s recent film ‘Animal’, Sunny has revealed that he walked out of ‘Animal’ during the scene where Bobby was being killed because he just couldn’t take it.
